This
pup is apparently in good health & free from any communicable disease
as can be reasonably determined. All puppies receive vaccinations at home
and are not allowed outside prior to them leaving. You must continue with
vaccinations for the first year to be covered under our guarantee. We suggest
limiting your puppy's exposure to other dogs until after it's 3rd set of
shots. Our 1 Year Health Guarantee; Free from natural birth defects that
affect the puppy’s well being and life span. We have a
NO return
policy unless a veterinarian finds the pup to be unacceptable within 3
days after pickup. Then you must return the pup and we will have our vet
take care of it or we will replace the puppy with a littermate or a pup
from the next available litter, our choice. If the puppy dies for any reason
that you feel falls under our guarantee we need the body back to verify
cause of death. If the body is cremated or buried there will be no replacement
unless we have full cooperation with your veterinarian concerning this
puppy. Signing this bill of sale gives us consent to your vets information
concerning this puppy. If you are shipping this puppy then we need
you to copy, fill out, sign and return this agreement prior to shipping.
No cash refunds. We will not pay your vet for any charges. We cannot guarantee
the pup to be free from all parasites, but all precautions are taken to
minimize these common health problems. You also need to have this pup dewormed
at least twice during it's first year and every year, to ensure good health
and proper growth. Please have your pup vet checked within 3 days of pickup/shipping.
Call if there are any problems. Buyer agrees to obtain professional medical
aid for the pup at his/her expense in the event of illness. There is no
guarantee for breeding, hunting, or show quality.

Our pups are raised on
pine bedding and if you were to put pine bedding where you want the pup
to go potty, house training should be easier! NOT CEDAR!!!!
Please teach your puppy
eye to eye contact is not a threat, in dog language it is! Teaching your
puppy to accept eye contact will prevent a possible bite to a child who
stares into a puppies eyes. ALSO teach children not to stare into any dog's
eyes! Any dog, any breed, any age! Running also excites a dog and play
can take on a deadly change! This info is listed to help keep kids safe
and dogs alive! Danes are a gentle breed, but they still need a proper
education!
